About Us We are a Mixed Martial Arts company co-founded by Adam Marburger and Jason Lyons. As you may know, MMA is the number one growing sport in America. Its a combination of various martial arts such as boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu jitsu, mixed with strength, determination, and discipline. It's our goal to share this sport with the Midwest. Adam and Jason have experienced phenomenal success in their past individual mixed martial arts events. They accomplised this by matching great and fair fights, being 100% committed, bringing in only the best MMA fighters and gyms from around the country, making and keeping good business relationships, and having the best fans anyone could ask for. In 2009, they decided to combine forces and put on the biggest mixed martial arts events in Southern Illinois. Adam Marburger has been in the sport of mixed martial arts nearly a decade as a fighter, manager, promoter, and trainer. He is a managing partner and trainer at the War Room Mixed Martial Arts Academy in Wood River, Illinois; which has produced some of the best fighters in the Midwest. He is one of the few still hosting professional events in the state of Illinois and his last event, Warriors Collide, had the largest Sell Out crowd yet. Under "TAKE THAT" Promotions' banner (his previous promotional company) Adam was one of the St. Louis area's Top 5 Promotions Companies and was voted Professional Promoter of the Year by Sport Fighting News; under this new banner we're expecting even more from him and he is working hard to surpass all expectations. Jason Lyons also has a great passion for the sport of MMA and has hosted his own sell out events in the sport. He served our country in the US Air Force for 4 years before getting his business degree. His marketing knowledge and drive for success has quickly made him a name in the sport.
